FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to inflate?
Depending on which pump you use it can take between 20 – 40 minutes to get to the desired 10-12 psi. We usually set ups our ropes and droppers while this happens to streamline the process. The 1200W 240v pump will inflate it to a usable psi within 5 min but we prefer to get it rock solid which is around the 12 psi mark. Our 12v SUP inflator pump will do this in around 30min with the car running or alternatively if you use our supplied valve you can pump up to 12psi within 10 minutes if you have a decent 4WD air compressor.
How long does it take for delivery of my custom Aussie Float?
We produce our Aussie Floats on a month-to-month basis to save costs on shipping. The cut-off time for each month is the 20th and these will be shipped on the 1st of the following month and generally take between 8-10 weeks depending on customs.
Do you have any stock in Australia that I can have delivered sooner?
Yes we do, we keep a limited inventory in Australia which usually sells out pretty quickly. Please go to the contact us page to find out what we currently have available.
What is covered by Warranty?
All Aussie Floats come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty which covers the manufacturer's defeats. These include if the glue comes apart at the seam and the float begins to leak air. What this does not cover is general wear and tear and punctures caused by abrasions (dragging the floats along the ground will cause this) or sharp objects puncturing the float like D shackles used to fix boom bar cables to the front of your boat or sharp edges on swim deck ladders.

Each Aussie Float comes with your choice of a 240v or 12v pump, Carry bag, and puncture repair kit.
